The constant overload of stimuli can overwhelm us, generate anxiety, and lead us into a spiral of comparisons, leaving little room for original thinking. Instead of being creative, we often get stuck in repetition, trying to follow what others are doing rather than exploring our own ideas.
This is where disconnecting becomes a powerful tool to revitalize our creativity. At Dueñas, we increasingly value those moments of disconnection, as they allow us to build our own world and, at the same time, inspire others with our unique perspective. For us, creativity is about connecting ideas, people, and experiences; thinking beyond established limits, and leveraging technology to create something new.
We live in a world full of infinite possibilities, but also one where external pressures, like social media, can make us feel that everything we do has to be “perfect.” In this context, being creative is not just about standing out but also about staying true to yourself, regardless of what others may think. It’s true that the best ideas often arise in moments of relaxation; during those pauses, reflection blooms, and the engine of change is set in motion.
We have always wanted to change things from within our reach and connect with people who align with our ideas. A key element in the development of creativity is synergy. For instance, in the world of music, it’s increasingly common for different artists to share their energy and merge their styles to create something compelling, blending stories, cultures, and emotions.
