Paula had a “perfect” life in the city, but she felt empty inside. When she went alone to a small coastal town, she realized her job no longer represented her. When she returned, she turned down a promotion and chose something more her own: creating rural tourism experiences and writing by the sea, even without guarantees.
The hardest part wasn’t changing jobs, but explaining a choice that didn’t fit any label. For her, being an Owner means choosing without certainties and truly listening to herself — noticing where her breath expands and where her heart beats with excitement.
Her advice: start small. Do one day differently, ask yourself an honest question. You don’t need all the answers to start becoming the woman you already feel you can be.
