RETURN POLICY
Return Period: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Return Cost: The customer is responsible for return costs. Product Conditions: Returned items must retain their original tags and complete packaging, including the cotton bag.
Refund
Original shipping costs will not be refunded. ROPARD BRAND S.L will process the refund upon receiving the item, using the same payment method as the purchase.

We reserve the right to review returned items to ensure their good condition. Returns will not be accepted if items are not in optimal condition after the review.
Shipping Recommendations
We recommend using private courier or certified mail for shipping, always retaining the shipping receipt. Shipping costs, taxes, and customs on international orders are non-refundable.
